1. Senior Human Resources Manager
Location: Arusha, Tanzania
Reports To: Country Director
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s Human Resources strategy.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian labour laws and immigration requirements.
- Oversee performance management and staff development.

Qualifications
