Deputy Head – Discipline & Quality Assurance
Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the implementation of school improvement plans.
- Leading the implementation of the school’s discipline and behaviour management policy.
- Overseeing quality assurance systems and ensuring compliance with school standards.
- Monitoring student academic performance and analysing achievement data.
- Supporting continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at secondary school level.
- Experience in leadership, quality assurance, discipline management, or pastoral care.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Must be a Secondary Cambridge English Teacher or a Science and Mathematics Teacher.
