Minimum Requirements
Candidates must possess:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5–10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas operations.
- Proven experience in field development projects.
Role-Specific Expertise
Subsurface Roles (Seismic Interpreter, Geomodeler, Petrophysicist, Reservoir Engineer):
- Proficiency in seismic interpretation, static and dynamic reservoir modeling, reservoir simulation, well log evaluation, and field development plan (FDP) preparation.
Drilling & Operations Roles (Production Supervisor, Drilling Engineer, Field Engineer, QHSE Site Supervisor, Logistics and Inventory Supervisor, Site Civil Engineer):
- Hands-on experience with onshore drilling campaigns, well testing, production operations, and contractor management.
- Strong understanding of HSE compliance and operational safety.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
