Role Purpose

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing partners, including bancassurance channels. The successful candidate will promote customized health insurance solutions for both retail and corporate customers while supporting branch growth initiatives and expanding Jubilee’s market presence.

The role also involves implementing localized sales strategies, supporting marketing activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and identifying opportunities in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand into emerging markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create tailored health insurance solutions.
  • Engage prospective retail and corporate clients through effective sales presentations.
  • Prepare and present customized insurance proposals to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and product alignment.
  • Monitor sales performance using CRM systems, analytics tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical business practices.

Key Deliverables

The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Increase revenue generation and client acquisition.
  • Establish strategic partnerships that support market expansion.
  • Deliver strong sales performance aligned with business targets.
  • Maintain full compliance with regulatory and data protection standards.
  • Strengthen collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record management for audits and compliance purposes.

Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Postgraduate qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
  • Professional certifications in Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Protection, or Insurance are desirable.
  • Membership in a relevant professional body is an added advantage.

Professional Experience

  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated success in market expansion and sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
