Camp Manager
The Camp Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, coordinating staff activities, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining operational efficiency throughout the camp.
Duty Stations: Various National Parks, Tanzania
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Coordinate with the reservations department regarding guest arrivals and departures.
- Welcome guests and provide orientation about the camp and its services.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
- Work closely with camp staff and management to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and camp grounds to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
