Position Details

Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Certificate of full registration from the Tanzania Nursing & Midwifery Council (TNMC).
- A valid practicing license.
- At least four (4) years of nursing experience from a reputable medical centre.
- IVF nursing experience will be considered an added advantage.
- Must have knowledge of MS Office applications and eHMS.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with hospital staff and clients.
- Proven teamwork and team-building skills.
- High levels of diligence and commitment in performing assigned duties.
Additional Note (Residence Requirement)
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Reside within the vicinity of the workstation (Bunju, Boko, Tegeta, etc.), or
- Demonstrate a clear readiness to relocate immediately upon selection.
