1. Assistant Director: Demand Management

Requirements

Applicants must have a National Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing Management, Public Management, Public Administration or Financial Management (NQF Level 6). Candidates should have at least three years of supervisory experience in a Demand and Acquisition environment. Knowledge of public sector legislation such as the Public Service Act, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and Treasury Regulations is required. Applicants must also demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills and possess a valid driver’s licence.

Duties

The successful candidate will administer the Departmental Demand Management Plan, facilitate development and consolidation of procurement plans, and coordinate procurement processes. 2. Assistant Director: Employee Health and Wellness

Requirements

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology (NQF Level 7). Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP) or the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) is required. Candidates must also have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience in Employee Health and Wellness programmes, along with strong leadership, counselling, facilitation and report writing skills. Duties
