1. Production Officer (1 Position)
Qualifications
- Aged between 25 and 40 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology or Human Nutrition from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in dairy processing industries
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Computer literacy
- High level of integrity and honesty
- Creative, self-driven, and hardworking
- No criminal record
Responsibilities
- Oversee all dairy production activities
- Supervise milk reception from farmers according to quality standards
- Ensure production follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and meets required standards
- Develop production plans based on market demand
- Ensure efficient use of raw materials using Zero Waste Production (ZWP) and Good Hygienic Practices (GHP)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production environment
- Keep daily production records
- Provide technical advice to farmers on milk quality
- Advise management on improving product competitiveness
- Report to the Manager and perform other assigned duties
2. Marketing Officer (1 Position)
Qualifications
- Aged between 25 and 40 years
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in marketing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Honest and self-motivated
- Valid driving license with driving experience
- No criminal record
Responsibilities
- Manage all marketing activities including milk collection, sales, and distribution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Identify and expand markets for CHAWAKIM products
- Conduct market research and advise management on pricing, packaging, and quality
- Act as a link between customers, production unit, and management
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Report to the Manager and perform other assigned duties
3. Storekeeper (1 Position)
Qualifications
- Aged between 25 and 40 years
- Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Material Management, or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in storekeeping
- Computer skills required
- Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy
- No criminal record
Responsibilities
- Receive milk from farmers
- Issue milk for various uses
- Monitor daily stock levels (opening and closing stock)
- Maintain accurate stock records and movements
- Coordinate with Production Officer on raw material needs
- Maintain procurement and inventory records
- Participate in asset verification with the Accountant
- Perform other assigned duties
4. Assistant Production Workers (5 Positions)
Qualifications
- Aged between 25 and 35 years
- Secondary education or vocational training (VETA or equivalent)
- Experience in dairy production is an added advantage
- Honest, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Strong commitment to hygiene
Responsibilities
- Prepare production environment
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas
- Participate in production processes
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Handle equipment properly
- Perform other assigned duties
5. Assistant Salespersons (3 Positions)
Qualifications
- Aged between 25 and 35 years
- Secondary education or vocational training
- Honest, hardworking, and customer-friendly
- Good communication skills
- Creative and hygienic
Responsibilities
- Sell milk to customers
- Ensure correct measurements during sales
- Issue receipts for all transactions
- Maintain accurate sales records
- Safeguard sales revenue
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Submit daily sales to Finance Clerk
- Report to Marketing Officer and perform other duties
6. Driver (1 Position)
Qualifications
- Aged between 30 and 40 years
- Valid Class C driving license or above
- At least 5 years’ experience driving medium-duty trucks
- Minimum education: Form IV with mechanical training certificate
- Good health and physical fitness
- Knowledge of cold chain handling for dairy products
- Clean driving and criminal record
Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations
- Deliver products according to schedule
- Ensure proper handling and storage of dairy products
- Load and offload goods carefully
- Maintain transport documentation
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report faults
- Provide good customer service
