Mega Beverages Limited is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the position of Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about workplace safety, environmental protection, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards within a manufacturing environment.

Position Objective

The Health Safety Environment Officer will be responsible for safeguarding employees, company facilities, and the environment by managing occupational health, process safety, fire prevention, chemical handling, and environmental compliance across Mega Beverages’ operations.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain occupational health and safety across all company operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws, regulations, and company policies.
Manage process safety, fire prevention, and emergency preparedness programs.
Oversee the safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and hazardous materials.
Conduct workplace risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor environmental compliance and support sustainability initiatives.
Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate safety records.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
Promote a strong safety culture through employee awareness and training programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of working experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
