Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work professionally under pressure.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or clearing and forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to management and office operations.
- Managing correspondence, documentation, and office records.
- Organising meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Preparing reports, letters, and other official documents.
- Maintaining confidentiality of company information.
