Twyford International is inviting qualified, dedicated, and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Non Finished Product Warehouse Specialist. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing work-in-progress (WIP) materials in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage, timely material issuance, and effective coordination with production teams.

Position Overview:

The Non Finished Product Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling non-finished products within the warehouse. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage practices, supporting production operations, and promoting warehouse safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock balances match the physical inventory.
Monitor the safety of goods stored within the warehouse and ensure there are no potential hazards, including ensuring glass products are stored at the correct angle to prevent accidents.
Supervise picking and outbound operations to ensure forklift operators collect the correct materials from the designated storage locations.
Verify that incoming glass products are stored in the correct locations and inspect them for damage during receiving and dispatch.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-arranged warehouse environment.
Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management principles are followed where applicable.
Investigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or stock losses.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess:

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
