Twyford International is inviting qualified, dedicated, and motivated professionals to apply for the position of Non Finished Product Warehouse Specialist. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing work-in-progress (WIP) materials in the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage, timely material issuance, and effective coordination with production teams.

Position Overview:

The Non Finished Product Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing and controlling non-finished products within the warehouse. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring proper storage practices, supporting production operations, and promoting warehouse safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock balances match the physical inventory.
  • Monitor the safety of goods stored within the warehouse and ensure there are no potential hazards, including ensuring glass products are stored at the correct angle to prevent accidents.
  • Supervise picking and outbound operations to ensure forklift operators collect the correct materials from the designated storage locations.
  • Verify that incoming glass products are stored in the correct locations and inspect them for damage during receiving and dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-arranged warehouse environment.
  • Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management principles are followed where applicable.
  • Investigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or stock losses.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
