1. Regional Business Executive (6 Posts)
- Location: Regional Hubs, Tanzania
- Department: Business
- Reporting Line: Zonal Business Manager
Job Purpose
Lead and manage field teams responsible for the full customer lifecycle including acquisition, installation, collection, maintenance, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional acquisition strategies and achieve business targets
- Supervise field teams including technicians and agents
- Manage stock, installations, and service quality
- Oversee portfolio performance and customer repayment behavior
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Handle customer issues, recovery processes, and compliance reporting
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Microfinance, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
- Willingness to travel across regions
2. Financial Controller
- Location: Arusha, Tanzania
- Department: Finance & IT
- Reporting Line: Head of Finance & IT
Job Overview
The Financial Controller will oversee financial planning, reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial management to ensure business efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations
- Strengthen internal controls and support audits
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- CPA(T), ACCA, or equivalent qualification recognized by NBAA
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/IAS and Tanzanian tax regulations
- Experience with SAP, ODOO, and financial modeling
3. Business Strategy Manager
- Location: Arusha, Tanzania
- Department: Grants & Strategy
- Reporting Line: Country Director
Job Purpose
Lead strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and business performance analysis to support organizational growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans
- Manage grants, donor relations, and fundraising activities
- Conduct industry and market analysis
- Support executive decision-making through data insights
- Represent the organization in stakeholder forums
- Build partnerships across government, donors, and institutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Economics, Public Administration, Development Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of management experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience in strategy, policy engagement, and partnerships
