1. Chief Business Development Officer (1 Post)

A senior leadership role reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for driving business growth, branch performance, sales, and customer experience across all branches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, with 5 years in senior leadership

2. Chief Credit Officer (1 Post)

Responsible for overseeing credit risk, portfolio quality, and compliance, including digital lending operations and regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
  • Professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) are an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in senior management

3. Internal Auditor (1 Post)

Ensures effective risk management, governance, and internal controls, and reports directly to senior management and the Board.

Requirements:

  • CPA/ACCA/CIA qualification
  • At least 10 years’ experience, with 5 years in senior roles
  • Strong knowledge of global audit standards

4. Credit Analyst (1 Post)

Responsible for evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in credit analysis
  • Knowledge of SME and microfinance lending

5. Credit Administration Manager (1 Post)

Oversees loan documentation, disbursement, and compliance, ensuring efficient lending operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 7 years’ experience in credit operations

6. Branch Manager (2 Posts)
