1. Chief Business Development Officer (1 Post)
A senior leadership role reporting to the Managing Director, responsible for driving business growth, branch performance, sales, and customer experience across all branches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with 5 years in senior leadership
2. Chief Credit Officer (1 Post)
Responsible for overseeing credit risk, portfolio quality, and compliance, including digital lending operations and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualifications (CPA/CFA) are an advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 5 years in senior management
3. Internal Auditor (1 Post)

Requirements:
- CPA/ACCA/CIA qualification

4. Credit Analyst (1 Post)
Responsible for evaluating loan applications and assessing credit risk to maintain a healthy loan portfolio.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in credit analysis

5. Credit Administration Manager (1 Post)
