About the Role
The Logistics and Supply Chain Support Officer is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing stock movements between the head office and operational zones while supporting overseas procurement and logistics activities. The successful candidate will help ensure that inventory is available where needed and that supply chain operations run efficiently across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring adequate stock availability at the head office to meet operational demands.
- Monitoring supplier stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
- Supporting stock-taking activities across operational zones.
- Maintaining proper organization of warehouses and storage facilities.
- Coordinating import processes with clearing agents for countries where WASSHA operates.
- Monitoring inventory levels and stock movements.
- Tracking consignments dispatched between the head office and operational zones.
- Monitoring compliance with supply chain policies and procedures.
- Managing requests from operational zones to ensure timely support.
