Available Positions
1. Fixed Asset Accountant
Reporting To: Country Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Asset Lifecycle Management
- Maintain the fixed asset register by recording acquisitions, transfers, disposals, impairments, and retirements.
- Ensure accurate asset records throughout the asset lifecycle.
Accounting and Depreciation
- Calculate monthly depreciation and amortization.
- Post fixed asset accounting entries.
- Ensure proper capitalization of assets.
- Monitor Construction-in-Progress (CIP) projects.
Reconciliation and Reporting
- Reconcile the fixed asset register with the general ledger every month.
- Prepare schedules for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Audits and Compliance
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Review Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requests.
Verification and Process Improvement
- Conduct physical asset verification exercises.
- Investigate and resolve asset discrepancies.
- Recommend improvements to internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve asset management processes.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent certification is preferred.
Experience
Candidates should have:
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of accounting experience.
- At least two (2) years of experience in fixed asset accounting.
- Experience using ERP systems such as:
- SAGE
- SAP
- Oracle
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Or similar systems.
2. Financial Reporting Analyst
Reporting To: Country Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare management accounts using OneStream.
Compliance and Internal Controls
- Ensure financial reporting complies with IFRS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Audit Support
- Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
Systems and Process Improvement

Qualifications
