The company provides services in Emergency Medical Services, Waste and Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, and Medical Supplies both locally and internationally.

1. Laboratory Analyst and Quality Control Officer / Supervisor (1 Post)

Location: TMHS Kisarawe Plant
Reports to: WNE Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of air, water, and soil samples
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Record, analyze, and interpret test results accurately
  • Assist in method validation and troubleshooting
  • Maintain proper documentation in line with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 17025, TBS, NEMC, TMDA, GCLA standards
  • Develop and update SOPs and safety procedures
  • Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor quality systems
  • Train staff and prepare quality reports for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
  • 1–5+ years of relevant laboratory/QC experience
  • Knowledge of GLP, ISO 17025, and regulatory standards
  • Experience with instruments like GC and mass spectrometry
  • Familiarity with LIMS and QMS systems
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

2. Laboratory Technician (1 Post)

Location: Kisarawe Plant
Reports to: WNE Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, label, analyze, and store samples
  • Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Perform routine and specialized environmental tests
  • Record and interpret data using LIMS and other systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage
  • Manage inventory and support administrative lab tasks
  • Report findings to supervisors

Requirements

  • Diploma in Laboratory Science and Technology or related field
  • Strong technical and data management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills

3. Sample Reception Personnel (1 Post)

Location: Kisarawe Plant
Reports to: WNE Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Log and enter sample data into LIMS accurately
  • Inspect and preserve samples according to standards
  • Handle hazardous materials safely
  • Label, store, and track samples
  • Monitor sample integrity and documentation
  • Communicate urgent samples to lab staff
  • Manage sample rejection and disposal processes
  • Maintain storage areas and generate reports

Requirements

  • Certificate in Laboratory Science and Technology
  • Strong data entry and tracking skills
  • Knowledge of environmental sampling and safety procedures
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Prior lab experience is an added advantage
