Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate financial records, including income, expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Recording and updating financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including cash flow statements, budgets, and financial summaries.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable by processing supplier payments, issuing invoices, and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Following up on overdue payments and maintaining effective financial controls.
- Assisting in the preparation of organizational budgets and monitoring expenditure against approved budgets.
- Supporting efficient utilization of organizational resources.
