Available Job Vacancies
1. Accountant (1 Position)
TANICA is seeking a qualified Accountant to support the company’s financial management and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Record all financial transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts
- Maintain accurate and updated books of accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in budget preparation and performance monitoring
- Conduct variance analysis and advise management on cost control
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity position
- Manage supplier payments and customer collections
- Prepare and file tax returns including VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional certification is an added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
2. Sales Driver (1 Position)
This role is ideal for an experienced driver with customer service and sales support skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport products and materials safely to assigned destinations
- Ensure product and staff safety during transportation
- Support mobile sales and marketing activities
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and good condition
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections
- Report accidents, damages, or incidents
- Keep maintenance and fuel records
- Maintain a travel logbook
Qualifications and Experience
- Form IV certificate
- Driving certificate from a recognized institution
- Certificate in a business-related field
- Valid Class “E” driving license
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience
- Clean accident record
3. Machine Operators (4 Positions)
TANICA is also hiring four Machine Operators in the following technical areas:
- Auto Electric – 1 Post
- Electrical Installation / Industrial Electrical – 2 Posts
- Boiler Operations – 1 Post
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and clean machines before production
- Monitor machine performance and settings
- Conduct regular capacity and performance tests
- Feed raw materials into machines
- Monitor output quality
- Troubleshoot machine issues
- Keep machine and production records
- Submit performance reports
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System
Qualifications and Experience
- Form IV certificate
- Certificate Level III / Grade I from a recognized vocational training institute
- Experience in motor rewinding (for electrical roles)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
4. Artisan (1 Position)
The Artisan will support plant maintenance and workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance of vehicles, buildings, and equipment
- Assist technicians with machine assembly and repairs
- Maintain workshop and plant cleanliness
- Support water treatment and store maintenance
- Ensure compliance with food safety systems
- Carry out other assigned duties
Qualifications and Experience
- Form IV certificate
- Certificate Level III or Trade Test Grade I in Boiler Operations
- Minimum 3 years of experience
