The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has officially announced the interview results for candidates who participated in recruitment interviews conducted between 18 December 2025 and 6 May 2026. The announcement includes the names of successful candidates who have been allocated work stations across various government institutions.
In addition to candidates who passed the interviews, the announcement also includes individuals who were previously in the PSRS recruitment database for different job categories and have now been assigned to available positions after new vacancies arose.
Appointment Letters Available Through Ajira Portal
All successful candidates who have been assigned work stations will receive their appointment letters electronically through their Ajira Portal accounts.
To access the appointment letter, candidates should:
- Log in to their Ajira Portal account.
- Navigate to the “My Applications” section.
- Download the appointment letter.
- Print a copy for reporting purposes.
Candidates are advised to check their accounts promptly to avoid missing important reporting deadlines.
Reporting to the Assigned Work Station
Successful applicants must report to the employer indicated in their appointment letter within the reporting period specified in the letter.
Failure to report within the stated timeframe may affect the appointment, so candidates are encouraged to carefully read all instructions contained in their appointment letters.
Documents Required During Reporting
Before being issued with an official employment letter, successful candidates will undergo document verification by their respective employers.
Candidates must report with the original copies of all academic certificates, including:
- Form Four (Certificate of Secondary Education Examination – CSEE)
- Form Six (where applicable)
- Certificate qualifications
- Diploma qualifications
- Degree certificates
- Any other academic or professional certificates required for the position
The verification process is mandatory before employment can be finalized.
For Candidates Who Were Not Selected
Applicants whose names do not appear in the announcement should understand that they were either:
- Not selected for appointment, or
- Did not successfully pass the interview process.
