- ADT & DT Operators – 30 Positions
- Dozer Operators – 8 Positions
- Excavator Operators – 6 Positions
- Grader Operators – 6 Positions
- Auto Electrician – 4 Positions
- Mechanics – 6 Positions
- Driller – 6 Positions
Eligibility and Requirements
To qualify for these opportunities, applicants must meet the following requirements:
General Requirements
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen
- Applicants from villages surrounding Nyanzaga mine will be given priority
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years of working experience in mining operations or civil/construction works
Operator Requirements
- All equipment operators must have a valid driving license recognized in Tanzania
- Operators must possess classes F and G
- The driving license must have been valid for at least two (2) years and still active
Additional Documents Needed
Applicants are required to attach:
- A letter of introduction from local government leaders such as:
- Village Executive Officer (VEO)
- Street or hamlet leader
- Proof of training from a recognized institution (especially for machine operators)
- A service letter or proof of previous employment from former employers
