The Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) has officially announced 58 volunteer opportunities for qualified Tanzanian professionals and graduates who wish to gain practical experience in the field of atomic energy, radiation safety, and laboratory services. Total Number of Available Positions
TAEC is inviting applications for a total of 58 volunteer positions distributed across the following categories:
- Radiation Safety Inspector – 28 Positions
- Assistant Radiation Safety Inspector – 25 Positions
- Laboratory Technician – 5 Positions

Important Conditions for Applicants
TAEC has outlined several important requirements that all applicants must meet before submitting their applications. Among the key conditions are:
- Applicants must be Tanzanian citizens.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Candidates should submit an updated Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Academic certificates and transcripts must be certified.
- Applicants must provide three referees, including one from their academic institution.
- A recent passport-size photograph must be attached.
- Applications must be handwritten in English.
- Applicants must provide proof of residence from their local government authorities.
