Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing retail operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading, coaching, and managing Regional Managers, Shop Managers, and retail support teams.
- Monitoring shop performance against sales targets and implementing improvement plans for underperforming locations.
- Conducting regular operational audits and site visits across retail branches.
- Coordinating the establishment and opening of new retail shops.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Security departments to support retail operations.
