Ongeza Agrovet is inviting applications from qualified and motivated candidates for five (5) Sales Assistant positions. The successful candidates will be responsible for serving customers, selling agrovet products, providing product guidance, maintaining stock records and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
The positions are available in Maswa, Singida and Arusha, Tanzania, and applicants should be willing to work in any region of the country.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Assistants will be expected to:
- Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service at the agrovet shop.
- Sell and promote agrovet products, including hybrid seeds and veterinary drugs.
- Provide customers with appropriate product information and guidance.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and stock records.
- Keep the agrovet shop clean and well organized.
- Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Diploma in Animal Health and Production.
- Registration with the Veterinary Council of Tanzania (VCT) will be an added advantage.
- Have knowledge of hybrid seeds and veterinary drugs.
- Possess excellent customer care and sales skills.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be willing to work in any region of Tanzania.
