Remuneration
The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary within the following range:
- Job Grade 4: US$138,450.80 – US$154,176.70 per annum
Additional employment benefits will be provided in accordance with SADC Secretariat employment policies.
Contract Duration
The appointment shall be for a fixed term of four (4) years, renewable once for an additional four-year period, subject to:
- Successful completion of a six-month probation period.
- Satisfactory performance.
- Continued operational need for the position.
- Retirement age limit of 60 years.
