Job Title: Recovery Agent
Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to execute motor vehicle repossession duties as instructed by the company, ensuring all processes are carried out professionally and in compliance with established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
As a Recovery Agent, you will be expected to:
- Receive repossession instructions and accurately interpret them
- Execute repossession tasks in line with provided training and guidelines
- Strictly follow all repossession procedures and company policies
- Handle and file repossession documentation properly
- Ensure all required documents are submitted to the office within the stipulated timeframe
- Maintain any assigned company vehicle, ensuring it is serviced regularly and kept clean
Qualifications & Experience Required
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid Driving License (mandatory)
- Hold a Certificate or Diploma in a Business-related field
- Have a minimum of 3 years continuous driving experience
- Be ready to work in any location across Tanzania with minimal supervision
