Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Sales Campaign Management
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns for TEVI loan products, especially car loans.
- Drive client acquisition and increase loan disbursement levels.
- Convert marketing leads into actual borrowers and ensure loan sales targets are achieved.
2. Digital & Social Media Marketing for Sales
- Execute marketing campaigns through social media, email marketing, online advertising, and website platforms.
- Generate quality leads and convert them into loan clients.
- Monitor engagement, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results.
- Stay updated with new digital marketing trends, tools, and lead generation techniques.
3. Content Creation & Graphic Design
- Develop accurate, attractive, and compliant content for both online and offline channels.
- Design graphics, infographics, posters, and marketing materials using tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent tools)
- Ensure all content aligns with TEVI’s brand identity and supports sales goals.
4. Market Research & Sales Insights
- Conduct research on customer needs, competitor products, and market trends.
- Identify new sales opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance and sales data to provide insights for strategy optimization.
5. Event & Partnership Coordination for Sales Growth
- Organize promotional events and marketing activations to increase product visibility.
- Build partnerships with:
- Car dealers
- Agents
- Community stakeholders
- Strengthen relationships that generate leads and support successful loan closures.
6. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
- Ensure marketing and sales activities comply with:
- Microfinance regulations
- Internal policies
- Consumer protection guidelines
- Promote ethical selling practices while expanding the client base.
Key Requirements and Skills
Applicants should meet the following qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar marketing or sales role (added advantage).
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
