Business Unit: Group Supply Chain
Key Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices.
- Experience conducting stock cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety procedures.
- Valid driving licence.
Experience
Candidates should have:
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Team Lead or in a similar warehouse supervisory position.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency in warehouse operations.
Parts Controller
Business Unit: Group Supply Chain
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
Experience and Skills
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
- At least 2 years of experience in parts operations.
- Ability to supervise daily operational activities and monitor team performance.
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- High level of honesty and integrity.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Lubricants Business Unit Manager

Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or another related field from a recognized institution.
- Valid driving licence.
Experience and Skills
Candidates should have:
- Proven experience in lubricant sales, particularly within the retail market.
- Hands-on knowledge of lubricant products.
- Strong customer engagement, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing workload and priorities.
- Experience using ADP/CDK software will be an added advantage.
