Jafo suggested recruiting 50,000 youths with Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree qualifications. Under the proposal, Diploma holders would receive a monthly allowance of TZS 500,000, while Degree holders would earn TZS 700,000. The initiative is designed to help young graduates gain work experience while earning a temporary income.
