Job Summary
The Intern Finance will support the Finance Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, assisting with loan disbursements, performing account reconciliations, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Support Loan Disbursement
- Assist in processing loan disbursements.
- Verify loan documentation.
- Ensure all required approvals are obtained before releasing funds.
Process Payments
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper authorization and supporting documentation for all payments.
Maintain Financial Records
- Record financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized records of:
- Loan disbursements.
- Invoices.
- Payment vouchers.
- Other financial documents.
Perform Account Reconciliations
- Assist in reconciling:
- Bank accounts.
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- General ledger accounts.
- Help ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Provide Financial and Administrative Support
- Support the Finance Department with data entry.
- Assist in preparing audit documentation.

Qualifications

Experience
