1.0 Leadership & Administration Posts
1.1 Deputy Principal – Academics & Research Services (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee curriculum development in line with NACTVET standards
- Manage academic departments and staff
- Lead industrial research initiatives
- Ensure quality assurance in training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Education Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior academic leadership role
1.2 Finance and Administrative Officer (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations
- Oversee human resources functions
- Maintain office systems
- Support budgeting and procurement processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
- Strong understanding of Tanzanian labor laws
1.3 Accountant (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports
- Ensure tax compliance with TRA
- Manage payroll systems
- Track fee collection and prepare audit-ready financial statements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA (T) is highly preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks
1.4 Admission and Examination Coordinator (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Manage student recruitment and enrollment
- Coordinate internal and external examinations
- Maintain student databases and academic records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, ICT, Law, or Statistics
- Experience with NACTVET enrollment systems is an added advantage
1.5 Marketing Officer (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies
- Manage digital marketing campaigns
- Build partnerships with mining and construction companies
- Organize student recruitment drives
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications

2.0 Technical & Instructional Posts
2.1 Workshop Manager (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain heavy machinery and training simulators
- Enforce Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
- Manage tools inventory and practical training schedules
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in workshop management
2.2 Heavy Duty Mechanic Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical and theoretical training on diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and power trains
- Train students on earthmoving equipment
Requirements:
- FTC or Diploma in Heavy Duty Mechanics
- Proven experience with CAT, Komatsu, or Volvo machinery
2.3 Auto Electric Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Teach vehicle electronics, sensor calibration, and wiring systems
- Train students on diagnostic tools for heavy-duty machines
Requirements:
- Diploma in Auto-Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong experience with Electronic Control Units (ECUs)
2.4 Technical Drawing Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Teach engineering drawing and blueprint reading
- Train students in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD
2.5 PSV (Public Service Vehicle) Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced driving training for heavy passenger vehicles
- Teach road safety, defensive driving, and traffic laws
Requirements:
- Valid Class C or E Driving License
- Certified instructor (NIT or equivalent)
- Clean driving record
3.0 General Education & Support Instructors
3.1 IT Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Teach computer literacy and office applications
- Integrate ICT into industrial maintenance training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
3.2 Entrepreneurship Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Train students in business planning and financial literacy
- Prepare graduates for self-employment opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or Economics
3.3 Train of Trainers (ToT) Instructor (1 Post)
Responsibilities:
- Train staff on modern teaching methodologies
- Promote competency-based education (CBET)
- Enhance classroom and workshop management skills
Requirements:
- Master Trainer certification
- Extensive experience in TVET pedagogy
