Position: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking
Job Summary
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing corporate customer relationships, acquiring new business, growing lending and deposit portfolios, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Identify and acquire new corporate customers.
- Grow the bank’s lending and deposit portfolios.
- Cross-sell the bank’s products and financial services.
- Achieve loan, deposit, net interest income (NII), and fee income targets.
- Monitor portfolio performance and maintain high credit quality.
- Support credit application preparation and documentation processes.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct customer visits and collateral inspections as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business-related field.
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar Relationship Manager role.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Sound understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
