The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) is a corporate body established under the Higher Education Students’ Loans Board Act, [CAP 178 R.E.2023]. Its primary objective is to support needy and eligible Tanzanian students by providing loans and grants to enable access to higher education. Qualification Requirements

Work Locations
Successful applicants will be assigned to various HESLB stations across Tanzania, including Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mbeya, Mwanza, Arusha, Mtwara, and Zanzibar. This nationwide distribution allows volunteers to gain experience in different administrative and socio-economic contexts.
General Conditions
Applicants must meet several important conditions:
- Must be Tanzanian graduates from 2020 to 2025
- Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply
