Programme Benefits and Structure
Successful candidates will begin with a comprehensive three-week induction programme, where they will learn about the organisation, meet senior leaders, and become familiar with key workplace systems and benefits. This is followed by a team-building experience and placement within business units aligned with each graduate’s field of study. Graduates will then undertake a six-month structured training programme covering:
- Project management
- Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Professional business writing
- Innovation and service channel projects
- Real-world business experience within FNB
Participants will also have the opportunity to network with executives, managers, and alumni of the graduate programme.
Innovation Opportunities
