1. Director: National School Nutrition Programme – 1 Post

Salary: R1,317,384 per annum
Location: Pretoria
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and management of the National School Nutrition Programme, including national coordination, oversight, monitoring, programme implementation and reporting.
Applicants must have an NQF Level 7 qualification recognised by SAQA and at least five years’ experience at middle or senior management level. Experience in school nutrition, nutrition or food security programming, conditional grant programme management or a comparable large-scale public-sector programme is required. A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively are also required.
2. Audit and Risk Committee Members – 5 Posts

Contract: Four-year renewable contract
Location: Pretoria
The Department is seeking five Audit and Risk Committee Members. Applicants must have an NQF Level 6 qualification in areas such as Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Compliance, Business Management, Risk Management, IT or Law.
The requirements include relevant senior or executive management experience, depending on the committee role, as well as experience in areas such as auditing, governance, risk management, ICT, organisational performance management, performance information, external auditing or legal matters.
3. Deputy Director: Chief Information Security Officer – 1 Post

Location: Pretoria
The Department is looking for a Deputy Director responsible for information security and cybersecurity functions.
Applicants must have an NQF Level 6 post-matric qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems or an equivalent qualification. Relevant management experience and recognised certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC or ISO 27001 are among the requirements.
4. Deputy Director: Debt, Revenue and Financial Compliance – 1 Post

Salary: R932,292 per annum
Location: Pretoria
Applicants must have an NQF Level 6 qualification or equivalent in Financial Accounting, Financial Management or Management Accounting.
The position involves managing accounts receivable and revenue collection, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit-related matters, financial compliance, risk management and supervision of junior staff.
5. Senior Registry Clerk – 1 Post

Salary: R237,453 per annum
Location: Pretoria
Applicants must have a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification. Knowledge of personnel registry, basic PERSAL knowledge and archive rules is an added advantage.
The successful candidate will handle personnel files and records, receive and post documents, maintain registers and files, and respond to basic PERSAL-related enquiries.
6. Telecom Operator – 1 Post

Salary: R237,453 per annum
Location: Pretoria
Applicants must have a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification, together with communication skills, computer literacy, good interpersonal skills and customer-service abilities.
The successful candidate will answer and direct incoming calls, provide information about departmental services, maintain call records and provide telephone-related support to the department.
7. Security Guards – 8 Posts

Salary: R201,093 per annum
Contract: 12 months renewable
Location: Pretoria
The Department has eight Security Guard positions available.
Applicants must have a Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification, valid PSIRA registration and accredited security training such as Grade A, B, C or D. Fire Fighting and First Aid certificates are an added advantage.
Duties include protecting people, property and information, conducting security patrols, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to security incidents and emergencies, maintaining incident reports and managing departmental security operations.
