Job Summary
The Sales Officer will focus on expanding FINCA’s customer base by opening new savings and loan accounts, building profitable client relationships, promoting FINCA products and services, and supporting the growth of the institution’s lending and savings portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales campaigns and promote FINCA products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Open savings and loan accounts both in the field and at branch offices.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop daily, weekly, and monthly sales action plans.
- Grow the client base by increasing savings accounts and loan disbursements.
- Market all FINCA products using approved promotional tools and strategies.
- Submit quality loan applications to the Credit Department.
- Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Promote agency banking and other alternative service delivery channels.
- Prepare and submit sales and performance reports.
- Ensure proper management of customer documentation.
