Minimum Requirements

  • National Senior Certificate (Matric)
  • No prior experience required
  • Exposure to a data capturing or administrative environment will be an advantage

Added Advantages:

  • Knowledge of clerical duties and administrative practices
  • Ability to capture data accurately
  • Computer literacy (databases, spreadsheets, tables)
  • Basic understanding of statistics collection

Key Responsibilities

Data Capturing

  • Receiving and recording information
  • Capturing data into databases, spreadsheets, and required formats

Data Verification

  • Identifying and correcting missing or incorrect data
  • Reviewing and validating records
  • Submitting accurate data reports

Data Management

  • Performing regular data backups
  • Updating registers and statistics

Record Keeping

  • Maintaining organized files and records
  • Ensuring secure storage of documents
  • Providing information to relevant departments
