Key Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the following:

Qualifications and Experience
Applicants for the Chief Executive Officer position should meet the following requirements:
- At least 15 years of professional experience in banking, non-bank financial services, SME finance, microfinance or development finance.
- Extensive experience in senior executive leadership.
- A proven record of delivering business growth and organisational transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sustainable profitability.
- Strong expertise in SME credit and portfolio quality management.
- Experience in funding mobilisation is an advantage.
- Experience engaging with investors and financial institutions is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance.
