- Ensuring required corporate documents, including directors’ and auditors’ reports and financial statements, are properly filed
- Arranging directors’ and shareholders’ meetings
- Preparing meeting notices, agendas, relevant papers, and minutes
- Informing BRELA about significant changes in the company’s structure or management
- Establishing and maintaining the company’s registered office
- Ensuring company information is correctly displayed on official business stationery, website, emails, order forms, and invoices
- Ensuring the security and proper maintenance of important company legal documents
- Developing and maintaining appropriate document filing and retention policies
- Advising directors on their legal duties and corporate responsibilities
- Assisting the Company Secretary in providing legal advice to management and staff
- Monitoring and promoting compliance with government requirements and regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications and Experience
