1. Civil Engineer (1 Post)
Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and construction materials.
- Supervising earthworks, piling, concrete works, civil structures, and building construction.
- Coordinating contractors and construction teams.
- Using surveying equipment including Total Station and Level instruments.
- Preparing 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
- Working closely with Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors to ensure quality construction.
- Performing other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Project.
- Registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) is mandatory.

2. Laboratory Analyst (1 Post)
Job Responsibilities
The Laboratory Analyst will:
- Collect and prepare laboratory samples from production, water systems, and effluent treatment facilities.
- Monitor water quality for tap water, process water, and wastewater discharge.
- Maintain laboratory records and testing documentation.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Support chemical dosing processes for water treatment and effluent management.
- Report laboratory findings to the Chemist for further analysis.
- Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional laboratory duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Laboratory Technology, Food Science, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or cane laboratory operations.

3. Laboratory Technician (1 Post)
Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to sampling schedules.
- Conducting chemical, physical, and biological laboratory tests.
- Preparing chemical solutions, buffers, and culture media.
- Recording laboratory results in workbooks or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- Calibrating laboratory equipment including pH meters, analytical balances, and spectrophotometers.
- Troubleshooting laboratory equipment where necessary.
- Sterilizing laboratory glassware and maintaining a contamination-free work environment.
- Running quality control samples and reference materials.
- Performing other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Food Science, Laboratory Sciences, or a related technical field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial laboratory.
- Experience in the sugar industry will be an added advantage.
