Auric Air is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-focused professional to join its team as a Safety Officer. The successful candidate will support the implementation of the company’s Safety Management System (SMS), identify operational hazards, investigate incidents, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
Position: Safety Officer
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining the company Safety Management System (SMS).
- Identifying hazards and conducting risk assessments across all operations.
- Investigating incidents, accidents, and safety reports to establish root causes.
- Monitoring safety performance and reporting safety trends to management and the relevant authority.
- Promoting a positive safety culture through training, briefings, and safety awareness campaigns.
- Supporting continuous improvement of safety practices and compliance across aviation operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- Previous exposure or experience as a pilot, cabin crew member, flight operations officer, aircraft maintenance professional, or in another aviation-related position.
- Training in Safety Management Systems (SMS) or Quality Management Systems (QMS) is an added advantage.
- English proficiency equivalent to ICAO Level 4 or higher.
