1. Grievance Mitigation Committee (GMC) Head
Role Overview
The GMC Head serves as an independent officer responsible for resolving unresolved employee grievances while ensuring fairness, confidentiality, transparency, and compliance with company policies and labour laws. The position plays a critical role in promoting justice and protecting employee rights.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process employee complaints, appeals, and direct complaints.
- Coordinate grievance cases with the Group GMC and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality throughout grievance handling processes.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly grievance management reports.
- Review HR manuals against labour laws and identify policy gaps.
- Lead grievance-related training sessions, orientation programmes, and exit interviews.
- Conduct branch visits when necessary to support grievance investigations.
- Ensure compliance with GMC policies and Group Chairperson directives.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Law, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of managerial experience.
