Position Summary
The Finance & Admin Officer plays a critical role in ensuring efficient financial management and smooth administrative operations. This position supports budgeting, compliance, procurement, and overall office coordination while maintaining transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation
- Process payroll, statutory deductions, and manage petty cash
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support budgeting and preparation of financial reports
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian tax regulations and donor requirements
