1. Database Administrator (DBA)
Location: Computer Centre – March 2026
Job Summary:
The Database Administrator (DBA) will manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s database environments. This role ensures data availability, performance, security, and integrity across enterprise systems and analytics platforms, supporting both internal systems and customer environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficiency.
- Manage database backups, recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure database security and access control to protect sensitive information.
- Troubleshoot database issues and performance bottlenecks promptly.
- Support Data Engineers and BI Analysts with data access and database structures.
- Implement high availability and replication strategies for reliability.
- Perform regular database maintenance and ensure compliance with policies.
- Maintain comprehensive database documentation and standards.
Supported Database Platforms: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure SQL, AWS RDS
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
- Strong SQL skills, database performance tuning, backup and recovery management, and troubleshooting.
- Preferred: Knowledge of cloud databases, automation tools, and large-scale enterprise databases.

2. Data Engineer
Location: Computer Centre – March 2026
Job Summary:
The Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This role ensures reliable data flow from multiple systems to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Integrate data from ERP, CRM, and operational systems.
- Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Collaborate with BI Analysts for dashboard development.
- Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Document data architecture and data flows for transparency and compliance.
Technologies: SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Informatica, SQL, Python, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), optional Big Data technologies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Strong SQL skills, data pipeline development, data modeling, ETL tools, and programming (Python/Scala/Java).
- Preferred: Cloud data platforms, real-time data processing, and knowledge of data governance frameworks.

3. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst
Location: Computer Centre – March 2026
Job Summary:
The BI Analyst transforms raw data into actionable insights, designs dashboards, and analyzes business performance metrics to support decision-making. The role is key in delivering Data Analytics as a Service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Convert complex datasets into clear, visual insights.
- Perform trend analysis, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and DBAs to ensure data quality.
- Train users on interpreting dashboards and insights.
- Support the development of data governance and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Accounting/Finance (with analytics).
- Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data visualization, and analytics storytelling.
- Preferred: Knowledge of DAX, Power Query, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

4. Network Techno-Sale
Location: Computer Centre Tanzania – March 2026
Job Summary:
The Network Techno-Sale role combines technical expertise with client engagement and pre-sales support. The professional will work closely with sales teams to design, present, and implement network solutions across enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support during client engagements.
- Manage bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP, RFI, and RFQ requirements.
- Maintain strategic vendor partnerships (Huawei, Cisco, HPE Network) to optimize margins.
- Design comprehensive, scalable, and secure network architectures.
- Collaborate with KAMs to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue.
- Support lead generation and revenue forecasting, meeting monthly KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4–5 years’ experience in ICT / pre-sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, telecommunications, and ICT infrastructure.
- Skilled in technical proposals, bid management, and tender processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications such as CCNP, HCIP, or NSE5 are a plus.
