Position: Graduate Trainee
Location: Kibaha, Tanzania
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, and fabrication.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
