Key Duties and Responsibilities (General)

Although each programme has its own specialization, the roles share major responsibilities which include:

  • Preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical training sessions
  • Designing and updating course content to meet current industry standards
  • Assessing learners through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations
  • Supervising students during internships and field practicals
  • Providing academic and career guidance to students
  • Participating in research, innovation, and academic committees
  • Supporting curriculum development and instructional design

Qualifications and Skills Required

TPI is looking for professionals who are competent, experienced, and passionate about teaching. Depending on the position, applicants must have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in the relevant field
  • Valid registration and active practicing license (for medical-related fields)
  • Experience in teaching at least diploma-level vocational programmes is an added advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and student mentorship skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to use modern teaching tools

For Media Technology, applicants should have strong skills in industry software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and relevant training/creative experience.
