Position: Sales & Marketing Personnel
Great Wall Tobacco Company (T) Limited, a leading player in the Tanzanian tobacco industry, is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Personnel to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic individuals to contribute to the promotion and sales of our cigarette products while expanding market presence across Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Personnel, your role will include:
- Promoting and selling the company’s cigarette products within assigned territories.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Identifying new market opportunities and enhancing brand visibility.
- Achieving sales targets and preparing regular sales reports.
- Conducting market surveys and providing feedback on competitor activities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Male or Female, aged between 20 to 28 years.
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or FMCG marketing is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, honest, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
