Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Approve and monitor implementation of corporate strategies, budgets, and performance goals.
- Ensure full compliance with laws, governance codes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Promote ethical leadership, transparency, and accountability in all board decisions.
- Review and oversee financial performance, risk management, and internal control systems.
- Actively participate in Board and Committee meetings and fulfill fiduciary duties diligently.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional Certification:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and registered member of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in auditing, capacity building, or advisory services.
- At least 10 years of senior management or board-level experience in aviation, transport, finance, or corporate sectors.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, finance, and risk management.
- Proven leadership, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Clean record—no bankruptcy, criminal conviction, or disqualification from directorship.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Must meet the fit-and-proper requirements under the Companies Act (Cap. 212, R.E. 2022), CMSA Guidelines, and DSE Listing Rules.
- Shareholding in Precision Air is an added advantage. Please include your CDS Account Number in the cover letter.

- Strategic thinker with exceptional governance insight.
- Independent judgment and strong commitment to shareholder interests.
- Experience in corporate transformation, regulatory affairs, or board governance is an advantage.
Term of Appointment
The successful candidate will serve a three-year term, subject to re-election or reappointment under the Company’s Articles of Association and Board Charter.
