The Higher Education Students’ Loans Board (HESLB) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCAA) to enhance access to higher education for youth living around the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. What the Partnership Means
During the signing ceremony, NCAA Conservation Commissioner Abdul-Razaq Badru emphasized that the initiative will begin by sponsoring 50 students enrolled in specialized fields such as:
- Astronomy
- Archaeology and Heritage Studies
- Wildlife Conservation
He stated, “This program is designed specifically to empower students from communities surrounding the Ngorongoro Conservation Area through access to quality education.”
HESLB’s Role in the Program

HESLB Executive Director, Dr. Bill Kiwia, outlined how the partnership will operate:
