Available Positions
1. Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor (1 Position)
Reporting To: Housekeeping Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the housekeeping team in the supervisor’s absence
- Assist in daily housekeeping operations and staff supervision
- Ensure guest rooms, public, and staff areas are maintained to high standards
- Train and guide housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance issues
- Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in housekeeping within a hotel, lodge, or similar environment
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili
2. Cooks (3 Positions)
Reporting To: Head Chef
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
- Manage food stock, minimize wastage, and assist with menu planning
- Work closely with management to meet guest dietary needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant
- At least 3 years’ experience in a well-established establishment
- Culinary training or certification is an advantage
- Knowledge of local and international cuisine preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
3. Assistant Restaurant Supervisor (1 Position)
Reporting To: Restaurant Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff supervision
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate between kitchen and restaurant staff
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Food & Beverage
- 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel, lodge, or restaurant environment
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili
4. Assistant Reception Supervisor (1 Position)
Reporting To: Reception Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise reception/front office operations in the supervisor’s absence
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Support reception staff and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Coordinate reservations and maintain an organized front desk
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management
- 2–3 years’ experience in reception or front office operations
- Supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English and Swahili; familiarity with hotel reservation systems preferred
