Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Safely transporting containers and cargo between DCG facilities, ports, and customer locations according to company schedules.
- Conducting vehicle inspections before and after every trip.
- Ensuring transport documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
- Loading and offloading cargo in collaboration with warehouse and port teams.
- Delivering cargo safely and on time while reporting delays or route changes.
- Monitoring fuel consumption and submitting mileage and vehicle reports.
- Submitting Proof of Delivery (POD) and all required transport documentation.
- Complying with road traffic regulations, company safety policies, and professional driving standards.
